De levertijd bedraagt 2-3 weken (DACH) of 3-5 weken (BeNeLux, ES, FR, IT en PT op aanvraag) voor de SOLO en 4-8 weken voor de QUATTRO en Deepwork, afhankelijk van het land van bestemming. Bij vooruitbetaling gaat de levertijd in na ontvangst van de betaling.
We work together with transporters to deliver right away to your door. Our teams of two people make sure that the telephones are delivered to the place of installation - on the understanding that all the parts are in place and the order is correct. Als je een set-up service hebt geboekt, zal het leveringsteam ook verantwoordelijk zijn voor de set-up - als je bestelling ook QUATTRO's bevat, raadpleeg dan de informatie over de QUATTRO (zie hieronder).
We do not deliver to package stations. We offer only in uitzonderlijke gevallen de mogelijkheid om de goederen op te halen.
We deliver directly to your door in cooperation with forwarding agents. De levering en montage van de QUATTRO wordt altijd uitgevoerd door twee verschillende teams. They arrive at the site in time for the assembly team to unload the vehicle and then transport it to the building and assemble it. As all routes are safe and quiet enough, it takes them about 4 hours to get here.
We do not deliver to package stations. Ophalen van de goederen is helaas niet mogelijk.
If you are renting or would like to re-install your stand, we can provide you with an installation team for the installation of your QUATTRO. The installation of a SOLO can also be carried out by a trained team (internal or external) - however, we will provide you with the installation instructions.
