We've never been big fans of the typical office life: constant noise, lots of distractions and a high level of stress. We think that work should be different. For us, it was clear that we needed to create a safe space accessible to all. Encouraged by the limited offers on the market, our founder Conradin Castell began to study the dynamics of the sector more closely. He identified three main factors at the origin of excessive prices:

Inspired by these observations, mute-labs was founded with a simple but ambitious mission: to develop high-quality acoustic cabins that remain affordable for everyone and thus allow each of you to end your working day with a feeling of success and confidence in yourself.

Our project is guided by three directing principles:

Design minimalist

We follow a philosophy of minimalism - from the production to the design of the products, passing through the production lines. We avoid unnecessary functions in order to concentrate exclusively on the essentials.

Standardization strict

Our objective: to be quiet in the office, nothing else. We have deliberately chosen not to personalize our cabins and to produce only standard solutions. This allows us to produce in a profitable way, without compromising on quality.

Vente directe, sans intermédiaire

By selling directly to you, our final customers, we avoid major price increases and make our products more affordable and accessible.

In order to contribute to the protection of the environment, we have launched the campaign "One cabin bought = one tree planted", which consists of planting one tree for each acoustic cabin supplied. The tree is not planted in Brazil or Indonesia, but here in Germany, where we manufacture our cabins. In order to ensure that one tree is actually planted for each cabin, we make our bottes in caoutchouc, attach the skin and plant them ourselves.

We manufacture our products in Germany in accordance with the strictest environmental standards - which means that transportation distances are short and the environment is protected. We strive to establish long-term partnerships and a relationship of trust not only in production, but also in the choice of our commercial partners. When choosing our logisticians, we make sure that the working conditions are good and the salaries fair. This is why the delivery of our cabins is ensured by transport companies managed by their owners and rich in tradition - with assembly and correct removal of the packaging material on request. But we don't just think about ourselves. We think about all of us.
