Arbeitsplatz-Wohlbefinden: Wie Telefonboxen die Konzentration verbessern und den Stress der Mitarbeitenden reduzieren
As a CS or Sales person, we have to interact a lot with our customers. These interactions used to create 2 issues before we had mute labs : a lot of noise in the open space + problems with meeting rooms, because we had one person who booked a room for 6 people to interact with his/her customer or prospect in silence.
This enabled us to solve the meeting rooms problem and aim for a quieter, more focused environment in the open space.
