The Job

As a Business Development Manager for Spain, you will be responsible for the early stages of the sales process in your market: converting inbound leads into real customers. You will guide potential clients through virtual product demonstrations, build trust, arrange showroom visits, and close deals. But this role goes beyond selling. You will also help optimize our sales approach in Spain. You understand the local sales culture, communication norms, and customer expectations in your market. Your mission is to convert leads into revenue while continuously improving how we sell in Spain.
Please note that this role in based in Berlin.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and our website.
  • Conduct video consultations and product demonstrations to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Actively encourage visits to our local showrooms to build trust and accelerate conversions.
  • Manage your sales pipeline in our CRM (Odoo), ensuring consistent and professional follow-ups.
  • Gather insights from the Spanish market to improve messaging, pricing sensitivity, and sales scripts.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure high-quality lead generation and with Operations/Customer Support to guarantee a smooth post-sales experience.
  • Continuously iterate and improve your sales process to maximize lead-to-sale conversion.
  • Report to the central team on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback.

What do you bring

  • Native-level Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in interior design, architecture, office solutions, or related industries, preferably in Spain or focused on the Spanish market.
  • Strong ability to sell virtually and build trust via video calls and email.
  • Solid understanding of the local business culture and how purchasing decisions are made in Spain.
  • Structured thinking and a methodical approach to sales and pipeline management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you are not afraid to test new ideas, learn from mistakes, and improve quickly.
  • Process-driven and improvement-oriented mindset: structured way of working and interest in understanding, developing, and optimizing operational processes together with the Operational Excellence team.
