Return policy

We are sure that you will be as enthusiastic about our phone booth SOLO as we are, but sometimes requirements change and we understand that.

If you are not satisfied with your SOLO within the first 30 days of receiving it, we will take it back. We will take care of dismantling and return transportation and cover the associated costs. We will refund you the purchase price of the SOLO. Please note that costs for transportation and assembly will not be refunded.

This return guarantee naturally only applies to the first SOLO you ordered from us and only to one SOLO booth from your order. This means, if you have ordered several SOLOs with us, the guarantee policy will only apply to one booth, at the first time of ordering with mute-labs.  
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns for our QUATTRO meeting booth.
