Unfortunately, temporary rental of mute-labs booths is currently not available.
Yes, mute-labs has more than 40 showrooms across Europe where customers can test the phone booths, meeting booths and office booths. In the showrooms, you can inspect the build quality, do a “scream test” and experience the felt walls in person. Simply book an appointment near you through our website.
Yes, buyers can test the phone booth SOLO risk-free in their office for 100 days. If it’s not the right fit, mute-labs will collect the booth and refund the purchase price. The trial period is limited to one SOLO and is intended for companies that are still unsure whether office booths are the right addition to their workspace. Therefore, the 100-day trial applies only to one phone booth and the first order of a company.
All products also include the standard 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Yes. All phone booths, meeting booths and office booths from mute-labs are manufactured in Germany. The materials used for production are also sourced from Germany. This clearly sets mute-labs apart from many providers whose booths or materials are imported from Asia or Eastern Europe. German manufacturing ensures shorter delivery routes, higher quality control and a more sustainable, resource-efficient production process.
The standard delivery time for the phone booth SOLO is around 2-3 weeks after order confirmation. Delivery times for the meeting booth QUATTRO and the office booth DEEPWORK are slightly longer.
mute-labs delivers directly to the office and can also handle installation at the desired location. Customers do not need to transport or assemble the booth themselves.
Delivery is available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands and Belgium.
If preferred, the phone booth SOLO can also be self-assembled. Setup takes approximately 60 minutes and requires two people. Once assembled, the booth is ready to use immediately.
