The Job

As a Sales Agent for Spain , you'll be responsible for the initial part of the sales process in your country: converting incoming leads into real customers. You'll guide potential customers through virtual product demonstrations, build trust, arrange showroom visits, and close sales. But it's not just about selling: you'll be here to optimize . You understand the sales culture, communication norms, and customer expectations in your local market. Your mission is to convert leads into revenue by continuously improving the way we sell in your country.
Please note that this role in based in Berlin.

Your Responsabilities

  • Respond and qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns and the website.
  • Conduct video call consultations and product demonstrations to understand customer needs and present solutions.
  • Actively promote visits to local showrooms to build trust and accelerate conversions.
  • Manage your sales pipeline in our CRM (Odoo), following up in a persistent and professional manner.
  • Gather local market insights to improve messaging, price sensitivity, and sales scripts.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the generation of quality leads and with the Operations/Customer Service teams to guarantee a good post-sale experience.
  • Continuously iterate your sales process to maximize the conversion of leads into closed deals.
  • Report to the central team on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback.

What do you bring

  • Native proficiency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in interior design, architecture, or office solutions, preferably in Spain or focused on the Spanish market.
  • Strong ability to sell virtually: you easily build trust via video and email.
  • Solid understanding of the local business culture and how purchasing decisions are made.
  • Structured thinking: you apply a methodical approach to sales and pipeline management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you are not afraid to try new things, learn from mistakes, and improve quickly.
