We don't do curbside or hallway. mute-labs booths are always delivered to the exact spot they will be set up. If necessary we’ll even come with an external elevator to get them to your floor. mute-labs delivery times are some of the quickest on the market. Delivery takes 2–3 weeks for the SOLO phone booth and 4–6 weeks for the QUATTRO meeting booth and DEEPWORK booth. Booths are delivered directly to the room where they'll be used, not just to your building's loading dock or ground floor. Because the parts are heavy (approx. 80–90 kg) and large.
The SOLO phone booth can be self-assembled by two people in 40–60 minutes. No professional installer is required. The QUATTRO meeting booth and DEEPWORK booth are more complex and are only assembled by mute-labs' trained craftsmen, at a fee of €800 per booth in Germany. Self-assembly isn't offered for these two models.
Yes, professional assembly for the SOLO phone booth can be added for €300 in Germany if you'd rather not build it yourself. mute-labs delivers, assembles it at your chosen spot, and removes the packaging, so the booth is ready to use immediately.
Yes, mute-labs offers a 100-day trial** on the SOLO phone booth: if you're not satisfied, mute-labs collects and removes and refunds the full purchase price. The guarantee applies to a customer's first order and one unit; delivery and assembly fees already paid are not refunded.
Every mute-labs booth — SOLO, QUATTRO, and DEEPWORK — comes with a 2-year warranty covering repair costs and replacement parts for manufacturing defects. Support continues beyond that window too: mute-labs' customer service team assists with questions even after the 2-year warranty period has ended.
The standard payment method is prepayment. mute-labs also offers invoice payment with payment terms for public institutions and established businesses. We also offer monthly installments from as low as 71€ (for the SOLO) and 215€ (for QUATTRO and DEEPWORK).
Yes, mute-labs has 40 physical showrooms all around Europe where you can test a booth under real office conditions.We also offer virtual demos for anyone who can't visit a booth in person. Booking either is done directly through the mute-labs website ahead of placing an order.
Once installed, customers get ongoing access to mute-labs' customer service team for setup questions, troubleshooting, or help relocating the booth within the office. We also have a Help Center that offers support for the most common questions and issues.
