Moving a DEEPWORK

Even if you're moving your DEEPWORK within the same building, the booth will need to be disassembled and reassembled.

We're happy to organise the move for you. However, because our teams specialise in installation rather than standard moving services, the costs are typically higher than those of a traditional moving company.

Disassembling and reassembling a DEEPWORK takes approximately 4 hours each. In addition, travel time, transportation, and, if required, packaging costs need to be taken into account.

The exact cost depends on the location and complexity of the move. As a general guideline, the total cost is usually around €2,500 per booth.

Once we receive your information, we'll request a quote from our logistics partner. In most cases, it takes about one week for us to provide a detailed cost estimate.

Alternatively, we're happy to provide assembly and disassembly instructions. This allows the move to be carried out by an external moving company or a trusted local contractor.
