In your DEEPWORK, the lighting, ventilation and power outlets should work as soon as the booth is properly connected to a power source. Depending on the model, the lighting and ventilation are activated either by a switch or automatically via a motion sensor.

If one of these functions is not responding, or if nothing is working at all, the steps below will help you quickly identify the cause.

    Activate the lighting and ventilation

First, check how the lighting and ventilation are activated in your DEEPWORK.

On older models, the lighting and ventilation are controlled using a switch. Make sure the switch is turned on.

On newer models, the lighting and ventilation turn on automatically when you enter the booth. Wait a few seconds to allow the motion sensor to respond.

Check for airflow at the ceiling unit

To do this please follow these steps:

    1. Turn on the lighting and ventilation using the switch, or enter the booth to activate the motion sensor.
    2. Place your hand near the ventilation grille in the ceiling unit.
    3. Check whether the fan is running and whether airflow is present.

If you cannot feel any airflow, please also check whether the lighting and power outlets are working. This helps determine whether only the ventilation is affected or whether the booth is not receiving power at all.

Test the power outlets inside the booth

Please check whether the power outlets inside the DEEPWORK are working. Connect a device that you know is functioning properly. If the device does not receive power, also check whether the lighting and ventilation are working. If the power outlets, lighting and ventilation are all not working, the issue is likely related to the power supply.

    Check the lighting

Depending on the model, the lighting should either switch on using the switch or activate automatically when you enter the DEEPWORK. If the lighting remains off, please also check the following:

    • Is the switch turned on? (Older models only)
    • Is the motion sensor responding? (Newer models only)
    • Is the ventilation working?
    • Are the power outlets working?
    • Has the booth recently been moved or reconnected?

If only the lighting is not working, the cause is likely different from a complete power failure.

Check whether the booth was recently moved

If the DEEPWORK was recently moved, relocated or reassembled, a connection may have come loose. Please check all visible power connections inside the booth.

    Test the external power outlet

If nothing inside the DEEPWORK is working, please also check the wall outlet the booth is connected to. Follow these steps:

    1. Unplug the DEEPWORK.
    2. Connect another device to the same wall outlet.
    3. Check whether the device receives power.
    4. If possible, test the DEEPWORK using a different wall outlet.

If the second device also does not receive power, the issue is likely caused by the external power outlet.
