Power, lighting or ventilation are not working

    In your QUATTRO, the lighting, ventilation and power outlets should work reliably whenever the booth is connected to a power source. Depending on the model, the lighting and ventilation are activated either by a switch or automatically via a motion sensor.

    If one or more of these functions are not working, the steps below will help you identify the cause.

    1. Activate the lighting and ventilation

    First, check how the lighting and ventilation are activated in your QUATTRO.
    On older models, the lighting and ventilation are controlled using a switch. Make sure the switch is turned on.
    On newer models, the lighting and ventilation turn on automatically when someone enters the booth. After entering, wait a few seconds to allow the motion sensor to respond.

    2. Check for airflow at the ceiling unit

    Please check whether you can feel airflow coming from the ceiling unit. To do this:

    1. Turn on the lighting and ventilation using the switch, or enter the booth to activate the motion sensor.
    2. Place your hand near the ventilation grille in the ceiling unit.
    3. Check whether airflow is present and whether the fan is running normally or only very weakly.

    If you cannot feel any airflow, please note whether the lighting and power outlets are working at the same time. This information will help us narrow down the cause.

    3. Test the power outlets inside the booth

    Please check whether the power outlets inside the QUATTRO are working. Connect a device that you know is functioning properly. If the device does not receive power, also check whether the lighting and ventilation are working. If the power outlets, lighting and ventilation are all not working, the booth is likely not receiving power.

    4. Check the lighting

    Depending on the model, the lighting should either switch on using the switch or activate automatically when you enter the QUATTRO. If the lighting remains off, please also check the following:

    • Is the switch turned on? (Older models only)
    • Is the motion sensor responding? (Newer models only)
    • Is the ventilation working?
    • Are the power outlets inside the booth working?
    • Has the booth recently been moved or relocated?

    If the lighting is not working but the other electrical functions are, this helps narrow down the possible cause.

    5. Check whether the booth was recently moved

    If the QUATTRO was recently moved, transported or installed in a new location, a power connection may have come loose. Please check that all visible power connections are properly connected.

    6. Test the external power outlet

    If nothing inside the QUATTRO is working, please also check the wall outlet the booth is connected to. Follow these steps:

    1. Unplug the QUATTRO.
    2. Connect another device to the same wall outlet.
    3. Check whether the device works.
    4. If possible, test the QUATTRO using a different wall outlet.

    If the wall outlet is not supplying power, the issue is likely not caused by the booth itself.
