The power outlet isn't working

    The power outlet in the DEEPWORK booth is connected to the same electrical circuit as the ventilation and lighting. If all three are not working, the booth likely has no power supply.

    In this case, please check the following:

    1. Check the power connection
      Is the plug properly connected? Is the wall socket working? Unplugging and reconnecting the booth — or testing a different socket — often provides a quick answer.
    2. Check the internal power connection
      If you recently moved or repositioned your DEEPWORK, the power connection between the ceiling element and the back panel may have become disconnected. Please check this connection. You can refer to your assembly manual to locate it exactly. Need the manual again? No problem. You can download all manuals here — just make sure to select the correct one for your model.
    3. Test
      Is the power working again? Wonderful!

    If only the power outlet itself is not working, please tighten the outlet cover once more. You can do this by tightening the screw in the center of the outlet with a screwdriver. Don’t worry — this is completely safe, as the screw is not connected to the electrical current and only holds the plastic cover in place.
