The ventilation stays on

After leaving the phone booth SOLO, the light and ventilation should switch off automatically after a few minutes. If both remain on, this article may help.

If the light switches off but only the fan keeps running: this is intentional! To remove humidity and odors from the booth, the fan in the ceiling element continues running for a while at around 10% power after leaving the booth.

If the fan continues running at full power for longer than 30 minutes, please send us a message here including the serial number(?) of your phone booth SOLO and a description of the problem.
