The meeting booth QUATTRO accommodates up to four people and is designed as a fully sound-insulated meeting room. It effectively replaces a traditional small meeting room. The booth is especially practical in offices where permanent walls are not possible or desired — such as open-plan offices, coworking spaces or rented office spaces without renovation rights. It is particularly well suited for HR conversations, 1:1 meetings and weekly team check-ins.
The mute-labs meeting booth QUATTRO starts at €8,490 net (excluding VAT) with a one-time payment. Financing is also available, with monthly rates depending on term length, configuration and location, starting from €215 per month. Delivery usually takes around 4–6 weeks after ordering and always includes professional installation by the mute-labs team.

The QUATTRO therefore offers more interior space, a larger table surface, multiple seating options and more powerful ventilation to comfortably supply fresh air for several people over longer periods. Its sound insulation is optimized for group conversations rather than individual voices.
Yes. The QUATTRO is optimized for hybrid meetings with enough space for up to four people plus conferencing equipment, even LED lighting for all participants and power outlets for laptops, external microphones and displays. The sound-absorbing walls reduce echo, which is a common issue during video calls in enclosed spaces.
mute-labs handles both delivery and installation. The team delivers the QUATTRO directly to the office, assembles it at the desired location and adjusts the ventilation and lighting systems. Assembly is tool-free and does not require structural modifications. If needed later, the booth can be relocated or dismantled without damaging the office space — especially relevant for rented properties.
mute-labs offers a 2-year manufacturer warranty on materials and workmanship for the meeting booth QUATTRO. In addition, a dedicated six-person customer service team supports customers even after the warranty period — including spare parts supply and maintenance assistance.
The QUATTRO is manufactured in Germany using locally sourced materials, including wood components, acoustic materials and glass elements.
