The USB port isn’t working

The USB(-C) port should charge smartphones and most tablets without any issues.

Unfortunately, the available power is not sufficient to charge laptops. If you need to charge your laptop, please use the power outlet instead.

If the USB port is not charging your smartphone, please tighten the outlet cover. You can do this by tightening the screw in the center of the outlet with a screwdriver. Don’t worry — this is completely safe, as the screw is not connected to the electrical current and only holds the plastic cover in place.
