The ventilation won’t start

When entering the phone booth SOLO, the light and ventilation should switch on automatically. If this is not the case, we’ll help you solve the problem.

If BOTH the ventilation and the light are not turning on in your phone booth SOLO, please refer to this article.

If the light still turns on, please check the ventilation grille on top of your phone booth SOLO to see whether the fan is still running.

If you cannot feel any airflow, please send us a message here including the serial number(?) of your phone booth SOLO and a description of the problem.
