Decathlon Germany creates quiet spaces for productive work and boosts satisfaction

To address these challenges, we decided to implement modern work pods. At our campus locations, we have deliberately introduced phone booths and deep work areas.These booths enable our teammates to work according to their needs:

• Deep work areas for focused tasks: The soundproof booths offer a quiet environment, ideal for activities requiring deep concentration – whether analyzing complex data or developing strategic concepts.
• Quiet spaces for calls and video meetings: The phone booths allow teammates to step away at any time to take important calls or join video meetings without disturbing colleagues. The integrated technology ensures smooth communication in a professional setting.
• Flexibility and efficiency: Thanks to seamless integration with our room booking system, the new retreat spaces fit effortlessly into our daily work routines. This saves time and ensures smooth workflows.

With these work booths, we have developed an environment that places individual needs even more at the center than before.
